MOBILE ORDERING — CONCEPT WALKTHROUGH

Two views of the same idea. Order ahead is what a customer sees on their phone. Order board is what runs on the spare iPad by the drink station — the screen your counter doesn't have today. Tap around, it's a live mock-up.

Demo only — the real site just uses today's date, no picker.

Why these two screens

Second screen

Your iPad is the register. During a rush it's busy taking payment, not watching for online orders. The order board is a second screen, not a POS upgrade.

Your whole recipe book

Every drink you've ever named — built in once, not re-typed each season. Halloween, Star Wars Day, Christmas, all of it lives in the system. But a customer only ever sees what's actually in season — the rest stays off the menu until its dates come back around, automatically.

The last truffle

One truffle in the fridge doesn't get sold twice. Same idea as your "ONE left!" posts — the site knows what's actually still there.

This mock-up uses sample items and placeholder prices from what you've shared — it's not connected to your point-of-sale and nothing here charges a card.
